Do you dislike pop-up advertising on Web pages as much as I do? One of the offenders is X10, which sells Web-cam gear. At least these ads don’t go on top of what you’re reading, but are a new window below it.
And, in X10’s favor, you can opt-out of these things. Click here and the computer you’re running will be opted out, though only for 30 days, at which time you’ll have to do it again.
