Craig Mundie and Bruce Perens
have made initial postings in our week-long “Silicon Valley Roundtable” on open source and free software’s relationship to commercial products.
It’s already interesting, in part because Perens has noted a remarkable new piece of Microsoft corporate legalese, an End User License Agreement that, as Perens notes, looks “much more restrictive, much less user-friendly, much greater lawsuit-bait — than the GPL license that Microsoft is complaining about.”
