Aimster Aims Not to Be Napstered by RIAA

Reuters: Aimster files suit against recording industry. “We’re asking the court for a ruling that says it would be wrong to sue us because we’re doing nothing wrong,” said Johnny Deep, chief executive officer of Albany-based Aimster, which allows people to trade files only with the people listed in their instant messaging “buddy lists.”
