The Wall Street Journal’s Interactive edition has yanked off the Web a report headlined “Will Microsoft Lose Right to Internet Explorer?”

“Under the proposal,” the story had said, “Microsoft would be forced to grant royalty-free licenses to the product, opening its secret underlying software code to customers and computer makers. “
