A Bandwidth Breakthrough?

TeraBeam Networks has been in stealth mode for some time. But the company’s coming-out party today here at the annual PC Forum conference suggested that the company will soon be in the public eye.

TeraBeam, based in Seattle, says it’s found a way to bring fiber-optic networking speeds to the wireless world. Some extremely smart people say it’s true, and the potential for this is just enormous.
